Whole-person care
for your whole life.
Every service at Behold Your Wonder is designed around one idea — that your mind, body, and support system are not separate things.
Care that connects the dots
You don't have to navigate your care alone. Every service at BYW is coordinated — your Mental Health Coordinator ensures nothing falls through the cracks from your very first day with us.
Mental Health Coordination
Every client is assigned a Mental Health Coordinator on intake. Your coordinator manages your scheduling, ensures you are connected to the right clinician or specialist, and serves as your administrative point of contact throughout your time with us.
What's included
- Dedicated coordinator from day one
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Referral coordination with specialist network
- Follow-up and continuity support
Async Clinical Support
Direct messaging access to your clinical team between sessions. Ask a question, share what came up this week, or flag something that cannot wait. Responses are delivered by your licensed clinician within an agreed window. This is not a bot — it is your therapist, accessible in a format that fits your life.
- Secure direct messaging to your clinician
- Agreed response window (typically 24 hours)
- Available as standalone or included in care plans
1:1 Therapy

Clinician-facilitated group sessions organized around shared experience — perimenopause, postpartum adjustment, fertility journeys, hormonal mood disorders, and more. Groups are intentionally small, therapeutically structured, and held in a consistent cohort so that real trust and depth are possible.
- Small cohort groups (max 8 members)
- Condition-specific groupings
- Clinician-facilitated, therapeutically grounded
- Consistent membership for depth and continuity
Workshops & Conferences
Educational events developed and delivered by our clinical team, often in partnership with our specialist network. Topics span the intersection of hormonal health and mental wellbeing. Rigorous content. Practical application. No wellness fluff.
